just follow these steps....!!!!
1)))open your notepad>>type"shutdown -i">>then a cmd & window opens
then
then click on Add>>type the name of the computer which you want to shutdown/restart...

then you must need to write comment on the bottom textbox... then ok.. then your remote computer willl shutdown/restart easily....

NOTE:: both the computers must be connected to the same network...
