requirements
1) you need to have a UBUNTU/any LINUX -CD.
2)you must have CD-booting option in your computer...


lets try:::

1)if you don't have any Linux CD with you then download it from here(.iso)
2)then burn to CD/DVD whatever you have...
3)then insert it into your CD-drive...
4)boot the LINUX..
5)then you have asked for two choices(1.try UBUNTU/FEDORA
                                                                  2.install UBUNTU/FEDORA)

6)then select the "try" option..
7)then enjoy all the files which were in the windows and HDD.

8)(after completion of all your requirements)finally restart your computer by removing CD from Drive..
9)then it restarts in regular manner...
